Self-care is the practice of taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It can include activities that:
Improve your physical health: Getting enough sleep, exercising, eating well, and practicing good hygiene
Promote mental health: Decreasing stress, practicing positivity, and engaging in activities that make you happy
Build social connections: Spending time with friends and family, or getting involved in causes you care about.
