We strive for perfection with our products, however, if you are not satisfied with our products, we allow for returns within the first 30 days after receiving your order.
Please make your decisions on purchasing these products carefully. Normally, we can accept a return if the product remains unopened and unused. Once the bottle or packaging is opened, we cannot accept the products back. If you feel the product is defective, we can work with the brand/company on getting a replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at Info@biboskincare.company.site. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
